RESET: A Series of Panel Discussions by A&M
In partnership with Singapore Art Week 2021
By A&M
Thank you for the feedback on our use of POWWOW, which was the original name for this series of panel discussions. We saw it to mean "a conference or meeting for discussion, especially among friends or colleagues" (Oxford Languages), which we thought aptly described what we aimed to achieve with the panel discussions. We would like to be respectful of its original context within the culture of indigenous communities in America, and are thus renaming the series RESET, to move more conscientiously into 2021.
We hope you will join us for the three remaining talks of RESET: IRL or WWW: Between Physical and Virtual Spaces (7 Jan), Back to Basics: Material Practices in the Digital Age (14 Jan) and Making Space: Support Systems for a Diverse Ecosystem (21 Jan). Please visit artandmarket.net/talks/reset to sign up. Thank you!
RESET is a series of panel discussions that explore individual and collective efforts on key issues and solutions in the local, regional and international art scenes. Featuring the voices of innovators, this get-together is an opportunity to share knowledge about ways to move synergistically into 2021.
Organised in partnership with Singapore Art Week 2021 (SAW), there will be a total of 6 talks taking place in December 2020 and January 2021.
The summary and recording of Talk 1 | Better Together: New Ideas and Networks can be found here, and we will shortly be releasing the same for Talk 2 | Mix & It’s a Match! Cross-Pollinations With Art. For more information, including the full programme of RESET, visit artandmarket.net/talks/reset.
